Premier Aircraft, LLC is a partnership formed between Yankee Pacific, LLC and Premier Air Center, Inc., East Alton, IL for the purpose of marketing, certifying and delivering Falcon 50-4 Performance Upgrades to operators of the Dassault Falcon 50 business jet.
Yankee Pacific performed the initial product definition and technical validation of the Falcon 50-4 and in conjunction with Premier Air Center arranged the financing, contract with Honeywell Inc. and the modification operations required to certify and deliver the upgrade in accordance with FAA requirements.
