Lufthansa Technik Completion Engineering, LLC
Lufthansa Technik Completion Engineering, LLC ("LTCE"), was a Delaware limited liability company jointly owned by Lufthansa Technik AG and Yankee Pacific Executive Aircraft Completions, LLC. Located at Tulsa International Airport in Oklahoma, LTCE specialized in the design, engineering, and FAA/JAA certification of custom interiors for large executive and VIP aircraft. The LTCE design and engineering staff has extensive experience with custom interior installation for new production aircraft from Boeing, Bombardier and Gulfstream. LTCE provided support solely to the Lufthansa Technik Completion Center in Hamburg, Germany, however the company had access to other Lufthansa-owned hangar facilities at Tulsa International Airport specifically designed for large aircraft interior completions and exterior painting. LTCE planned to perform interior completions in Tulsa commencing in 2004.
In June, 2004, under an agreement with Lufthansa Technik, Yankee Pacific purchased 100 per cent ownership of the assets of LTCE and renamed the company Executive Aircraft Completions, LLC ("EAC") EAC continues to support Lufthansa Technik's Hamburg, Germany completion center with engineering services.
